Adding new leads to your CRM platform manually can seem daunting, but it’s a process that can be easily learned with a little guidance. You may manually generate leads by filling out the lead form. For example, your friend refers you to a colleague who is interested in your service or product, they share with you their contact so that you can reach out to them with product/service information. You can manually add the new lead using the contact information given.

Here is the step by step how you can manually add the new lead;

1. Open your CRM screen and click on the “Leads/Opportunities” button. Then select “Lead Opportunity” from the drop-down menu. Enter the lead’s name, contact information, the project, and any other relevant information then save. In the same place, add the source of the lead where you got the client from. You can choose from referrals to Facebook and research. You can also select the level of interest for the client. You can tell how interested the client is in your services/product as a sales agent.

2. You can track the progress of a lead as it moves through the pipeline. Click on the “All Lead” button on your CRM screen. On the right corner, of the screen, there is a search box, enter the name of the client you would like to check up on. Once they show up, open the lead and click the client’s feed. On the left, you will see a profile card with all the details of the client including their stage.

Epesi CRM systems have lead capture capabilities, which generally entail creating an HTML form to obtain lead information from a website. The HTML forms are then included on your website. These forms often have areas for lead information collection, including name, email address, phone number, and any other pertinent information. Once the form has been submitted, data is automatically transmitted to your CRM and a new lead record is generated.
